The Dove’s Bluff

On the horizon one Dove bluffs

as the other suffers

the ailment of The Bent Sycophant.

Knowing what she knows

is Wrong.

That the Great Good she did…

was thrown.

Thus she shattered

the fragmented remainder

of her taken heart.

As her wings burned

somewhere deep within

she yearned.

She asked Him to guide the way

with his compass and light;

She prayed for him to eternally

love her, even in her darkest night.

The dove she once was

faithfully hoped

as her exhausted wings smoked.

her DESOLATE life

she could not survive.

whimpering for a sign

that the black blinds

would polarize.

She Lamented the Tears of Resignation.

her most DESOLATE night

revealed a shimmering day,

but through that night

she could not stay.

Prior to that glittery day

her Angel did not say,

“everything will be okay.”

In Desolation, she prayed.

-The Day That Came Too Late-

And on that day

She Passed Away.

In Arabic, Ayesha means Life--I am Woman--of Poetry, Poetic Prose, Photography, and the Creation of All of My Dreams, all of which end in Artistry. I have often been referred to as Enigmatic and Magnetic, but also Selfless ("to a fault"). Some call me an "m-path" because I am highly compassionate. I sincerely hope that you enjoy all that I have to offer. Thank you for taking the time to Read Me. I am Proud. I am Ayesha. With Love, Ayesha R. Gill عايشة رامازاً جل
